Message	and "patent pending" doesn't entitle you to any protection. you have to also pay your lawyer for research fees as well as his time. that website is very flawed.... and leaving out important details. it's like buying a new car from a crooked dealer... he'll sell it to you for one price, but you end up paying another. remember, lawyers are indeed involved.
